Summary: Overall the property was quite nice. The pool area was beautiful, the rooms were clean and the location was ideal for our family vacation. The communication with the owner swift and they addressed our concerns once they were brought up. However, there were some “issues”. Upon our arrival, there was no running water. In fact, we didn’t have water for the first 24 hours. It was an oversight but seemed odd that it was not checked before our arrival. Secondly, it took hours for the house to get cooled down on our first night, which made sleeping very difficult. Additionally, the owner asked us multiple, multiple times to turn over the AC every time we left the property. This was not practical because it was very hot and the constant requests seemed abrasive. Lastly, the onsite attendant kept showing up at the house to “water.” This was often intrusive and seemed like it was being done to verify that things in the house were in order; not simply to water the plants. Please consider buying water bulbs, so that an attendant doesn’t need to enter the house while guests are using the unit.
