The main level features a large, covered porch with porch swing leading you to the front entryway. Inside, you are welcomed by a comfortable living room with large sectional couch. The dining area includes the dining table with seating for 6 with 2 more stools at the kitchen counter. Enjoy preparing meals after a fun filled day on the beach in the fully stocked, updated kitchen. There are two Queen bedrooms, the twin bedroom, and two full hallway bathrooms on this level. Up a small flight of stairs you will find the bonus room with a hanging swing chair, large flatscreen TV, love seat, and sleeping nook for children with a queen-sized mattress. The large back deck provides a shaded, cool retreat to relax and shoot the breezes, or grill up the day’s fresh catch on the propane grill.
Head upstairs to find the master suite with a King bed, private spa like bathroom with dual vanities, tiled shower, and separate soaking tub. The spacious rec room includes a large, flatscreen TV, plenty of seating with additional game table, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, plus peek water views of the bay. Additional outdoor spaces include the back patio with comfortable outdoor seating and ping pong table, plus the rooftop deck with amazing views of the island, ocean, and Little Lollipop Bay.
Parking instructions:
5 driveway spots available. There is a gravel lot off to the side of the property that is roped off for private homeowner parking. This spot is not to be used. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, extra refrigerator, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.
