Located on Richland Chambers Reservoir, 15 min SE of the historic town of Corsicana. Non-smoking property inside and out. Pets not permitted. 3B/2.5 house located on cul-de-sac in charming cove with beautiful views of the lake and over 200 ft of waterfront, which incl private dock and boat slip. Just fyi, it's a country setting...we do our best to keep them at bay, but there may be some bugs and critters.
