Summary: The resort was great! When we arrived we had an Expedia concierge that was provide that was to us because we booked through hotels.com. Her name was Maria Teresa and she was amazing. Whatever we needed we just contacted her and it was taken care of. We were blown away by the attention we received that others we were traveling with did not. Definitely would love to go back and absolutely would book with hotels.com.
