Summary: We had a nice stay. The condo was bright, clean and spacious. The place is tight for 8, but should comfortably accommodated 7. It’s about 15min from downtown Playa del Carmen, so not great if you want a lot of night life, but great for a family. The bbq area, grill, and pool are great for family parties. Over our first 3days, we had some issues (faulty washer, internet connectivity, ice maker, water pressure), but they rectified the issues. After the first three days, it was smoother sailing. Since it’s new, there wasn’t a welcome booklet with instructions such as where to take the trash or get fresh water, but the host said it is being worked on. The hosts were friendly and very responsive throughout our stay. Overall, a good place for the price.
