We're delighted to present our modern home located in a quiet neighborhood in the beautiful city of New Orleans.
Great Place for Tourists: New Orleans is renowned for its vibrant culture, delicious cuisine, and lively music scene. As a tourist, you'll find a wealth of attractions, including historic sites, jazz clubs, delicious restaurants, and unique festivals.
Our modern home is conveniently located just one block off the levee and a short 10-minute drive from Downtown. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it offers a peaceful retreat for our guests.
The house, which was recently purchased in 2019, features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Guests will have access to the entire house, and attached garage where washer and dryer machines are located.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and a large TV. It boasts an attached bathroom with a spacious stand-up shower and his and hers sinks, providing convenience and luxury.
The second room also has a queen bed and a TV, offering a cozy and relaxing space for guests.
A guest full bathroom is located in the hallway, easily accessible to all guests.
The third bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed and a TV, providing additional sleeping options.
The living room features a large sectional, perfect for gathering and lounging with family and friends.
One of the highlights of our property is the large private fenced-in backyard. It offers a tranquil outdoor space with seating and a grill, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor dining and relaxation.
