The property is located in the Nicte-Ha neighborhood, known for its tranquil environment, family-friendly atmosphere, and strategic location that offers a mix of residential comfort and easy access to the vibrant attractions of Playa del Carmen. The neighborhood is well-connected to the rest of Playa del Carmen, with easy access to main roads and public transportation. It's just a short drive or bike ride to the city center and the famous 5th Avenue.
Getting Around:
The apartment is about 55 km | 34 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please check your map apps for driving time when you arrive. The best way to arrive is to prearrange transportation or a rental car. There is ample parking on site if you do arrive by car. If you need help arranging transport from the airport, let us know.
