Walking distance to golf club, 1.3 miles from Medina Beach Park, 2 miles from the downtown of Bellevue. One dedicated parking.
Most beautiful neighborhood on the east side. A 5-minute walk up the hill will lead to a stunning view of the Lake Washington and the skyline of Seattle. No stairs.
Notice:
The unit is on the lower floor of an two story house whose main floor is occupied. There could be some noise due to human or pet movement on the upper floor. We do have a quiet time between 10pm and 8am to mitigate the noise impact. The temperature in the winter could be low even when heater is on due to that its floor is directly on the concrete. There are a small electric heater and extra blanket/comforter in the closet.
