Casa Maresp tiene 4 pisos. Al entrar: sala, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada y un baño completo. Abajo: habitación climatizada con dos camas Queen y sala de TV, además de bodega con insumos de playa y cuarto de lavado con lavadora.
Primer piso: recámara principal con cama king, baño privado, doble lavabo y doble regadera; otra recámara con litera de dos camas Queen y tocador, más un baño completo afuera.
Tercer piso: roof top con jacuzzi para 5 personas, asador portátil, lavabo, barra y medio baño.
Estacionamiento para 2 coches grandes con portón eléctrico; te entregamos un control con depósito de 500 pesos (reembolsable al salir, o puedes entrar con botón sin dejar depósito). Cámaras de vigilancia en la entrada, estacionamiento y área de alberca.
Incluye 2 tablas de bodyboard, 2 hieleras, 4 sillas, 2 mesas, 6 toallas azules para la playa, pelotas para la alberca y sombreros.

Deberán hacer pipí/popó fuera de la casa y el huésped deberá recoger los deshechos y tirarlos en el bote de basura exterior.
