Located in a popular holiday setting close to town, this south facing apartment is located in the private condominium of Iberlagos, a resort which sits on top of the Award winning Dona Ana Beach.
Whilst the apartment doesn't have pool views, it is just a few rows back from the cliff top, 100 metres walk to the communal pool area which has a snack bar, a good sized children's pool and an exceptionally large swimming pool. The pool area itself is located at the front of the resort, perched on top of the cliffs above the beautiful Dona Ana beach and has the most amazing views in Lagos!
This apartment has 2 bedrooms, one is a south facing double bedroom with A/C , the other is a twin bedroom.
There is a full bathroom with WC plus 2nd 'shower room' and WC.
The kitchenette and lounge are open plan, separated by a marble topped breakfast bar. Kitchen facilities include washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker.
The lounge has A/C, TV plus a DVD. Patio doors to the large balcony terrace which overlooks gardens planted with mature palm trees. An ideal place to sit and eat al fresco or just relax on the 2 sunbeds provided.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor but there is a lift.There is an ample car parking in front of the building. Please note, due to its great location a car is not a necessity. With several beaches, literally on its 'door step', and just a 10- 15 minute walk into the town centre, this apartment makes a fantastic choice for your holiday.
