Alpine Lake Resort roads are not treated with salt or chemicals and are maintained only with cinders due to environmental reasons. Snow, ice, and multiple steep hills throughout the resort can make travel difficult or impossible for vehicles without proper winter capability. All-season tires, front-wheel drive, and rear-wheel drive are often insufficient.
Guests who arrive without appropriate vehicles may be unable to access the property. No refunds will be issued due to weather, road conditions, or vehicle limitations.
