The guest-exclusive dock and onsite kayaks are located across the road from the cottage and require an additional liability waiver and refundable security deposit completed after booking. Dock and kayak access is not automatically included with the reservation and is only available once the post-booking waiver and refundable deposit have been completed and approved.

These separate areas are currently undergoing maintenance and interior design improvements, which will not impact guest stays or occur during your reservation. Guests will continue to enjoy the privacy and exclusive use of Waterview Cove Cottage and its designated guest areas.
