Spotless condition - you'll appreciate the cleanliness of our unit. We want you to relax and enjoy! Be our guest! Everything for a great vacation is here at Point Sebago, including 'rainy day' schedule of activities.
The summer 2026 rent is $2400.00 per week, Saturday to Saturday. Spring and fall rate is $300 per night. We are closed November-April. There is a $300 refundable damage deposit required. Private golf cart available.
We are on Sebago Woods Way, close to the beach and a short walk to marina, playground, kids water park, beachfront restaurant and lounge with pool tables and dartboards. Sports complex with tennis and sand volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, complete with free use of sports gear just at the end of our street. Boat rentals, boat slip rentals, golf cart rentals for resort use. General store has essentials and souvenirs.
Cottage comes with all cooking and dining equipment, utensils, etc plus coffeemaker with filters and coffee. Three TVs with cable - sunroom TV has DVD and VHS also. Large deck out back with patio set and grill; large fire pit area and seating in back yard.
