High Speed Internet/ Cable/ Flat Screen TV in living room. Laundry Room on site shared with Two other Professional Guests. Outdoor Community/ Garden living space w/ stone floor, pergola and built in seating for guests. Parking on site for one car. Three minute bike ride to the Mountains to Beaches Bike Path. Mountains to Beaches race runs by each year at the end of our street. Residence who have enjoyed living here are Ventura County Medical Residence, Travel nurses working at Ventura Community Hospital, VCMC or St. John’s Hospital.
