Come enjoy Lake Conroe in this modern lake front escape WITH a private boat slip & lift! This home is located in the gated community of April Sound and is just minutes away from bars, restaurants, Margaritaville, shops and more. This gated community also has a golf course, country club, fitness center, pools and more! You can also enjoy a cocktail and the lake view right at our Flop Bar on the patio. You'll never want to leave this awesome getaway.
This lake house is 3 levels, with living/dining/kitchen and access to the outdoor deck on the 1st level, bedrooms on the 2nd level and bonus room media/sleeping space on the 3rd level.
April Sound does not allow boats/jet skis and trailers to come through the security gate at the entrance of the neighborhood. You will need to launch at a marina nearby and store your trailer offsite. We have preferred locations for launching and a negotiated rate for storage nearby that we can discuss with you upon booking. The weight limit on the lift is 6500lbs; it does not accommodate pontoons/tritoons.
Guests have the option to enjoy April Sound Country Club amenities (golf, pools, gym, dining) for an additional fee paid directly to the club. Advance registration and approval with the country club is required.
