Main Level: Features an open-concept living area with a comfortable sectional (including a sleeper sofa) and a flat-screen TV. The space flows into the dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. A dedicated workspace is available for those balancing work and play. This level houses the primary suite with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. You will also find another bedroom with a queen sized bed. Nearby you can step outside to the screened-in porch or open deck for tranquil golf course views.
Second Level: Features a versatile open loft space that serves as a third bedroom with a bunk bed, providing extra privacy and its own dedicated full bathroom.

Amenity Passes are required for use of the community amenities and you will be provided a link prior to arrival to purchase your passes online directly from the Bear Trap HOA. There are no refunds of any kind for passes purchased. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags.
