Enjoy the backyard facing nature and the woods, with a deck, patio seating, and a BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and enjoy the spacious and beautiful living room with a huge TV and sectional couch.

1) Please lock the door behind you when you are arriving or leaving the house
2) Please take off your shoes upon entry to keep the floors clean, there are shoe racks near the front door to place your shoes
3) You are limited to only the amount of guests you listed in your request; no unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
4) What sets this listing apart from all the others is that there is NO cleaning fee. Because of this, it is very important for guests to keep it that way by cleaning up after themselves. Please keep your bedroom and shared spaces tidy and clean, wash your dishes, clean lint filter after use, clean countertop after use, etc.
5) Receiving mail or packages addressed to the property is not allowed
6) Eating in bedrooms isn't allowed to help avoid unwanted pests, there is a dining table in the kitchen available
7) Smoking inside is strictly prohibited ($300 fee)
8) No parties allowed.

10) Quiet hours are 11pm-8am
11) Use of fireplace and candles not allowed
12) Laundry/dryer usage is one time per visit for short-term guests, or two times per week for long-term guests
