Fully equipped with full kitchen, barbecue grill. A/C, Wi-Fi, Bar Seating, Dining room, Living room, Washer & Dryer...The large Master Bedroom has en suite full bathroom, work desk, large windows with sunrise and Ocean Views as well as ample storage. The second large bedroom has King size bed, desk and plenty of storage. The 3rd bedroom is smaller with a full bed and has an en suite full bathroom. It is a Short 1 mile walk on the beach to downtown where you will find great restaurants, bars & Coffee shops. The condominium complex is called Costa Blanca and has 9 units total. The complex is very quiet as no one lives there full time. There is a large sun deck, an infinity pool and free parking in front of the condo. We have an on site care taker and a manager to help with anything.
