Positive: Location, spacious, view

Negative: The apartment was dirty, fans, back terrace, closets, etc. Poor communication with the owner. pots and pans are old and in bad conditions, no essentials, like napkins, toilet paper, and basic condiments. The AC in the living room doesn't work well, we had to pay for bracelets that nobody else used, the security guards only took cash for the bracelets. Were they even needed?
