Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The set up of the townhomes was good for our crew of 13. We were able to get early access and late checkout that really helped. They were responsive to any minor problems we had. I would use Avantstay again if there were available.

Negative: The location, while not too far from downtown Nashville , is not the greatest. Not that we felt unsafe, but it was on the border of a couple of neighborhoods with some problems. One of the workers even told us he wouldn't park the car on the street, and park it in back. The Kroger was across the street a short walk, and the Germantowne Pub nearby was good. other than those, nothing else walkable. ANTS ANTS ANTS....had ants in the bathrooms (yes in December) all over the ground floor bathrooms (looking for water). We sprayed with spray that was on-site, but still had them. Overall the stay was good and at no time did we feel unsafe.
