Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire space. Parking is first come; the HOA provides blue carts for guests to easily assist with getting items up and down the elevator. Pets are not allowed.
Primary bedroom:
Includes a king-sized bed with a smart TV, and a universal cellphone charger. The adjoining bath comes with bathrobes and slippers to enhance your experience.
Secondary bedroom:
This room is perfect kids or another couple. King bed with a smart TV and the universal cellphone charger.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped for any family meals. It has a Keurig coffee for k cup or ground coffee. There is a toaster, blender, hand mixer, bowls, pots, and pans. There is complementary k cups and ground coffee for each guest.

Bathrooms:
All bathrooms include towels for use. They also include shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body wash.
*Note: Please do not take the bath towels outside for pool/lake use. Please use the provided 'beach towels' for the pool/lake.
Balcony:
This balcony is nice and spacious with fabulous views. A large seating area with two large egg chairs and a lounger style seat with a table top fire bowl to relax while watching the beautiful Lake Conroe. There is also a small blower for guests to use if needed.
