Amenities include, but not limited to, are Wi-Fi, cable TV/DVD in the living room, gas grill and a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave and stove. Parking is for a maximum of 2 cars and the driveway is shared with the house at 1 Odessa Ave. . There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times on this property.
