Positive: the view, the view, the view. The colorful zebra puzzle was awesome fun in the evening, but it should come with a warning that 2 nights may not be enough, and it can be habit-forming. Everything is very clean.

Negative: The keys weren't the issue. There were two properties side by side. We got in after dark - 7pm and parked in front of the garage; there was already a car parked in front of the studio. But we couldn't see the cottage, it was behind the garage and a huge tree. We had to call in and were told there was a gate,..it was dark, no light except in front of garage not in the hall, can't see the gate, ALL COULD BE FIXED WITH A SIMPLE SIGN POINTING AROUND THE CORNER OF THE GARAGE, AND A MOTION-ACTIVATED LIGHT TO TURN ON THE LIGHT SO WE COULD SEE THE GATE. We ended up walking all the way around the big tree to the back of the cottage, again, no action-activated light, the bottom step up was huge, and there was a muddy dip, very difficult for our old bodies to get in. THE OTHER FIX WOULD BE TO MENTION THAT ONE SHOULD GO TO THE RIGHT OF THE GARAGE AND THRU A GATE IN THE TEXTS AND EMAILS THAT ARE SENT! IT'S SIMPLE, PEOPLE. Also, it would have been nice to put a note on the pullout sleeper sofa on where to find the sheets, etc. Again, it doesn't take much to solve and make things much easier. Very sparse feeling. For $300 a night, just a few touches would have made it much more welcoming. Also full kitchen, can you add a little oil and maybe a stick of butter? Swivel recliners would be divine!! Could have used a few more chairs for sitting in front of the house in the sun.

Summary: The view was amazing. Lovely to have a roomy working kitchen.
