The condo is located in ground floor with direct access to infiniti pool and beach area. It features a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, electric panini griddle, custom-built wine rack, and island bar with 3 stools. The dining area seats 8 at the table. Open layout with 10 - foot ceilings throughout; decorated in warm contemporary theme with creams, browns & oranges. Stunning views of incredible white-sand beaches from walk-out poolside terrace. Enjoy day or night views of the iridescent waters of the Caribbean Sea
The Master Bedroom is decorated in a nice oriental-style, it features a full size bed with en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The Master wide window-doors have view to ocean and pool and open to the poolside terrace. The first Guest bedroom has two queen beds and an adjoining walk-in closet and full bathroom for convenience. And the second Guest Bedroom have a cozy double bed.
There is no need for a car when you live here, as you have it all, you will be in the heart of Downtown Playa del Carmen!
