Summary: This property is perfect for first time travelers to CDMX. The Condesa neighborhood has a lot to explore from within and everything is walkable and very safe at night. The property has 24hr security and greeted us by opening the doors late at night when we would arrive each night. As far as the actual stay, I do feel like the property overall is nice, I booked a 2 bed 2 bath unit on the 2nd floor and received communication from the property a couple days before my stay letting me know that they would be moving me to the 1st floor ground “identical room” due to a malfunction with the ac unit in our original apartment and asked me to agree to the change. Upon arrival, check in was easy and I came to find out the property did not have AC and they were referring to plug in small AC Units that could have easily been moved to our original unit which we booked, instead of having to move us completely. We were only provided with one of those little plug in units which is more like a plug in fan, than an AC unit and the other room was equipped with a plug in heat unit. Overall my stay would have made a difference if we would have been able to stay in our original booked room which is what inclined us to book the stay at this property. The ground unit is very noisy from the outside all day and our curtains had to be shut the entire trip since it was very easy for people to peak into our unit from outside with no privacy.
