This Spanish Key Resort Condominium sits amidst lovely tropical landscaping with a magnificent 500-foot beachfront of sugar-white sand and emerald green ocean, a gated community with all the upscale amenities. The condo is located very close to the Flora-Bama, to grocery stores, pharmacy and all entertainment possibilities - deep-see fishing, parasailing, dolphin trips, golf courses, and a host of restaurants. The condo is a short distance from kid fun - miniature golf, water park, go-carts, and the Wharf for movies and concerts. This condo is conveniently located in the center of the complex, just a few steps from the elevator with an amazing oceanview from the 4th floor.
The condo is decorated in fun beach colors with comfortable furnishings for relaxing, dining, reading, watching a movie, playing cards, or playing with the kids. Two of the bedrooms have king beds with twin beds in the third and a sofabed in the living room, plus a pack and play and high chair are available for the little ones. The master bedroom has a private door to the balcony, a large walk-in closet and a newly updated bathroom with walk in shower, assist bar, bench seat, hand-held and overhead water spray, plus a soaking tub. Other 2 bathrooms and the kitchen also have been updated with granite counters, stainless appliances. All bedrooms and the living room have flat-screen TV's with DVD players and WiFi.
On the ground floor you have access to a storage unit with furnished beach items - chairs, kites, floats, sand toys for the kids.
The outside pool is huge, large enough for lap-swimming with a lovely gurgling fountain, plus the luxurious hot tub and the charcoal grilling area with picnic tables. Inside you have use of the indoor pool, fitness center, a dry/moist sauna and a meeting room.
