Seven blocks have the Lazaro Cardenas Park, where you can witness folckloricos dances, food fairs, flea market handicrafts from all regions of Mexico and more .. depending the cultural program of the time.
Folklore live every moment, and just 10 minutes walk the boardwalk is the Cathedral, the municipal market and the town square.
A few blocks you will find great variety of bars and nightclubs, both gay friendly and traditional.
What makes it so special to this corner of Vallarta, it is its rich cosmopolitan atmosphere, as we visit people from anywhere in the world, belief, ideology and tradition, living closely with us natives or Patas Saladas, as we are commonly known.

The apartment is very close to the beach, the area is more common for gays, but regardless of that, many families often be in this area because it is the heart of our city, 3 blocks from the boardwalk, areas of restaurants and plenty of night diversity.
