Summary: The property is located slightly off the beaten path, with the office situated in a separate area. While the rate of $85 per night is affordable and appreciated, the condition of the room left much to be desired. Upon entering, there was a very strong and persistent odor of cigarette smoke throughout the space. The smell appeared to be deeply embedded, rather than something that could be easily aired out. Additionally, there were visible burn marks along the sides of the bathtub, suggesting prior indoor smoking and a lack of thorough maintenance. While I understand the pricing reflects a more budget-friendly stay, the cleanliness and air quality significantly impacted the overall experience. I was fortunate to have air freshener on hand, but it did little to fully address the issue. With improved cleaning and attention to odor removal, this property could offer a much better experience for guests.
