Fully renovated 3,000 SF three bedroom 1926 Beach Cottage – Sleeps 6 in historic and charming Miller Beach, just 45 minutes from downtown Chicago and five minutes from the South Shore Train's Miller Station, which is now double tracked. New flooring throughout 1st floor.
Large single family home on quiet Maple Avenue, one short block from beach path, features an expansive front porch deck area perfect for family entertaining or quiet relaxing. Back porch and fenced back yard give more opportunities for outdoor living. Well equipped kitchen has breakfast seating for five, looking out into the back yard. Living/dining combination on main floor provides an ideal area for guests to relax, with long dining table and sofas.
Second living room (the 'chill room') downstairs is set up for movies on a flat screen TV and hanging around. Off street parking for four or five vehicles. Bathrooms all redone with Euro style tiling. All linens, including beach towels, are provided.
