LIVING SPACE:
On the bottom level you will have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, tea kettle, coffee pot & a washer/dryer. The waterfall island provides 3 bar top seats perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat or gathering around with friends and family for a casual glass of wine. The indoor dining table is the perfect fit for the larger meals prepared in the fully equipped chef's kitchen. The open-plan dining space walks out to a private patio with a private pool area, and lounge chairs surrounded by natural stone walls & trees for added privacy.
