Resort and Hotel Fees (Paid Directly to Hotel)
Please note the following fees are hotel charges and are not collected by the host:
An optional Daily Resort Fee: $62.15 per night, per room (subject to change).
This includes:
• 2 Beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and towel service
• 2 water bottles daily (beach/pool)
• Daily yoga classes (8 AM)
• Two-hour bicycle rental
• High-speed Wi-Fi (in-room and public areas)
• Access to the Residence Pool (West Tower)
Guests wishing to access the W Hotel East Pool (Wet Deck) can purchase a day pass directly from the hotel for $120 per person, subject to availability.
Parking
Valet Parking: $60–$64 per night (paid directly to the hotel; rates subject to hotel updates and do not include gratuity).
Parking is optional.
Check-in Details
Upon arrival, inform the valet ("Wheels Talent") that you are staying in a privately owned residence (e.g “Residence 1109”).
Enter through the West Tower (Tower II) residential lobby.
Residential Desk Hours: 9 AM – 9 PM
After-hours check-ins: Proceed to the main hotel front desk (4th floor) — a $25 fee per key applies for late check-ins.
The hotel will require a credit card for incidentals and a valid ID upon check-in.
Additional Notes
Minimum Check-in Age: 21 years
Non-Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or on hotel premises. A $500 fine applies for violations.
Pack and Play rentals are available upon request (additional cost).
Rental agreement will be required before gaining access to the unit via third party software ensoconnect.
Guests will be required to submit ID to the building upon checkin.
In addition, all reservations are required to pay a resort fee of $62.15 per day and $64 valet fee if bringing a car. These fees can raise with limited notice. We will do the best we can to update as soon as we are told.

House Rules
1. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request for an additional fee please enquire the day of travel only. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
2. Any changes, modifications, or alterations may be subject to a $100 change fee. Please contact the host for approval before making any adjustments.
3. Only the person who made the booking (the Airbnb account holder) is allowed to check in. A valid photo ID matching the reservation name will be required at check-in.
4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
5. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine.
8. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
9. Our properties may use video surveillance in public areas.
10. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
12. You must be 21 to rent this room. Only the person's name on the booking will be allowed to check-in.
