Incredible community with snowbirds during winter and very quiet during summer is the best place to enjoy the restaurants, the pool, and the beach towns near by. If you're coming for medical reasons we are also close to the hospitals in the area, let us host you during a week or several, we got your back!

Laundry room with sink, a gas water heater and a laundry center, cleaning supplies and products available, two full bathrooms, living room with sofa beds and a coffee table, a 55" smart TV, kitchen equipped with an electric oven, granite countertops, a 5 burners stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils and more.
Very important to use the shared common areas that belong to Phase 2 which is where our condo is located. The condo is divided in 4 phases and each building belongs to a phase, please use only our phase's facilities to avoid sanctions!
