A quiet and scenic location, it is convenient to the I-85/I-40 corridor, restaurants, medical care, shopping and Elon University. Floor to ceiling windows overlook a large inground pool with lots of outdoor seating and a two-acre fishing pond with a gazebo, and 2 kayaks.Featuring hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace and a sunroom, the 4,500 square foot house will sleep up to 15 people. The first floor's open plan provides a spacious den, kitchen and dining area, not far from a ground floor master bedroom with private bath and large walk in closet.High speed internet, TV, ceiling fans, washer/dryer and more round out the offerings. The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There's even a pool table in the basement, along with another bedroom and bath. Bamboo surrounds the perimeter of the property along with Japanese maples and prolific flowers in warm months. We look forward to sharing our property with you.
