This home is on a quiet but easily accessible road with 100-feet of waterfront on Lake Winnipesaukee. This is a great family vacation site! On-site, there is a shared beach (shared only with the owner and family) a floating swim-dock, and a brick terrace overlooking the beach and lake that’s for the exclusive use of the renter. The beach is sandy and child-friendly. Additionally, you will be able to dock up to a 30-foot-boat on our large, easily accessible, permanent dock. You’ll have the use of a canoe and kayaks; powerboat rentals are nearby. The cottage has a large, screened-in porch that’s perfect for lounging, dining or entertaining. The kitchen is fully applianced, including a gas grill just outside the door. WiFi is included; there is an Amazon Firestick in the TV. Renters provide their own linens; call or email and linens (sheets and towels) will be provided for an added fee.
