Summary: Hotel was fabulous but the neighbors across the hall had kids rubbing through the halls they were so loud and disturbing that I couldn’t go to sleep for 2 1/2 hours. I called front desk twice but didn’t seem to help. Then they were up early at 5:00 same thing. The parents as well were just as noisy. Asked for a refund but said couldn’t since I booked through hotels.com.
