This single-story home sits just north of the river in Ingram. It's an ideal location less than a mile from the heart of town, where you can swim at the Ingram Dam, visit Stonehenge II, or take in a performance at the Hill Country Arts Foundation. This part of Texas is also fantastic for wine tasting, with many renowned wineries between here and Fredericksburg (33 miles northeast). Should you want to explore further, enjoy the many sights and scenes of San Antonio, and additionally, Sea World. Fiesta Texas, the Alamo, and the famous Riverwalk are just a short drive away.
Each clear, quiet morning begins on the expansive grounds, a space that's shared with one other house on the property. Go strolling in the shade with a fresh mug of coffee, watch your kids delight in a bit of make-believe in the treehouse, and linger into the evening to barbecue on the gas grill.
Inside, the house is quirky and eclectic in all the right ways, with natural wood crossbeams enhancing the charm and character. You'll have plenty of space to hang out with your loved ones between the well-equipped kitchen (complete with a coffee pot and Instapot), the dining area, and the light-filled family room with a TV and leather furnishings.
