Please do not use the driveway — it’s very narrow and doesn’t accommodate guest parking. There is plenty of free street parking, and you will very rarely have trouble finding a space near the house.

The home is a straight 4-block walk to the center of downtown and just a 5-minute stroll to the waterfront. It’s also only about 15 minutes to the beaches.
This is an old house and that’s part of its beauty. We’ve renovated and decorated it while keeping original features whenever possible. If you love creaky floors, historic woodwork, big original windows, vintage lighting, and classic craftsmanship — this home will make you smile.
