The Space:
This is a fantastic property with an extensive interior remodel, all new furniture and a great location any time of year. Enjoy sitting in the hot tub with Mt Crested Butte in the background!
The first floor has a large, beautiful chef's kitchen with an expansive island and upscale appliances. The open floor plan provides plenty of natural light and space for your entire group to all be together. The dining area, with seating for 8 and (4 more at the island) is adjacent to the kitchen and heated sunroom with foosball and access to the back deck. The living room has a large Roku TV to use your personal subscriptions for streaming and gas fireplace. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor which share a large full bath with a shower and double vanity. One room has a king and the other has a queen bed. There is also access to the attached 2 car garage, which has room for 1 vehicle to park inside. There is room for 4 more vehicles in the driveway. A small foyer with bench and hooks is accessed when entering through the front door. A full sized washer/dryer is available on this floor as well.
Upstairs, you'll find two more guest rooms that share a full bath (with bathtub). One room has a king and the other "bunk room" has two twin beds and a queen bed and a sitting area complete with a large smart TV with a Roku for streaming your apps with your personal subscriptions.
Finish your day with a nice soak in the private outdoor hot tub with Mt. Crested Butte looming nearby or enjoy telling stories around the firepit.
A year round, on demand, van service is available to take you from the property to the ski resort for no charge! Once at the resort, you can hop on a free bus to the town of Crested Butte. In summer months, you are close to so many popular trails for hiking and biking. You can ride right from the house!
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoke will incur fees.
NO trailers. There is a ring doorbell at this property.
