The kitchen features a full sized refrigerator with freezer, a 4 burner gas stove with oven, a microwave, toaster, blender and all the dishes and cutlery you need to make wonderful meals. The living room is open to the kitchen and has a sofa that may be converted into a double bed. There is a flat screen TV with a SMART Bluray that includes Netflix. The extra large bedroom is located on the second level, separate from the kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a king bed that can be converted to 2 twins beds, large walk-in closet and a 3 piece bath. Plus there is a large sliding glass door that open to a private balcony with seating for 2 plus a hammock to relax in.
The apartment is located in a quiet 4-plex. There are 3 other apartments in the building. The owners live in one of the apartments and are available to you 24 hours a day in season.
