With 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 levels, and almost 1900 square feet, there will be plenty of room for everyone. Upon arrival, you will first notice a large carport/driveway that can accommodate up to four vehicles. You will also notice the fully-enclosed, outdoor shower and fenced backyard that backs directly up to the sound. Upon entering via keyless entry with your very own customized code, you step into a soothing, ground-level foyer with stairs leading up to the second level.
The spacious master bedroom is located on the second level and has a king-sized bed with a pillow-top mattress, ceiling fan, two closets, 42-inch flat panel smart TV, a desk, dresser drawers perfect for organizing your beautiful vacation clothes, a private full bathroom with dual vanity and walk in shower, and a sound/sunset-view deck with Brazilian hammocks perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a nightcap. Also on the second level is a large bedroom with bunk beds with a full on bottom and a twin on top, a queen-sized bed, dresser drawers for organizing your vacation clothes, a ceiling fan, a closet, flat panel TV with Roku, and attached full bathroom with shower and bathtub. The second level also has a laundry area with a full-sized washer/dryer and iron & ironing board.
The third level boasts a beautiful living/dining area, a 50-inch flat panel smart TV, a DVD player, three couches (one is a sleeper sofa with an extrememly comfortable memory foam mattress), a comfy lounge chair/reading nook, and a large deck with table & chairs to enjoy all of those gorgeous sunset moments. The kitchen adjoins the living /dining area and is well-equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, full oven/stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric griddle, blender, pots and pans of all sizes, plenty of dishware, glassware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, and even plastic cups, utensils, etc. Also on the third level is a full bathroom with shower and bathtub and a third bedroom. In addition, there are two coffee shops, an ice cream shop, two pizza places, a deli, and a liquor store within walking distance as well as many other restaurants and bars a short bike ride away and many places with affordable bike rentals available...definitely something for everyone!!!! There is also a shuttle service new to Surf City with 30+ island and mainland stops with pick up locations close by that make travel from this location super easy!
