Summary: Safe and walkable location, close to metro station. The is comfortable. The coffee/tea maker, kettle is in the shared area, not in the room (not that it is a problem). The TV is just a physical TV, with no channels. The laptop workspace is a very narrow shelf-like table, not really fit a 13 inch laptop. Appreciated the building style, but the windows are non-openable blurred windows, which is a bit dark and cannot let in fresh air, for longer stay
