This fully furnished 3 bed, 2 full bath cottage is nestled right next to the Assawoman canal and less than a mile from the downtown Bethany Beach boardwalk area. A cosy community with private parking that can hold up to 4 cars on site. Easy access to the canal for wake free kayaking and paddle boarding, or a short nature walk along the banks of the canal with the family. The quiet community has free roaming geese in the community pond, and seating surrounding the area for picnicing or some fishing. Catch and release fishing only. The cottage has a front facing screened in porch for morning coffees or a relaxing evening. Far enough away from the road so the sounds of passing traffic are replaced with the birds of the nearby Assawoman nature reserve.

The house has been recently renovated and the first floor offers an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with table and chairs, TV, Xbox, Roku, board games, walk in pantry, washer/dryer and fully furnished kitchen. All windows have blinds for added privacy. 1st floor also offers the main bedroom with king size bed, large walk in closet and full bathroom with walk in shower.

The second floor boasts 2 large bedrooms with large walk in closets. 1 bedroom has 2 Queen beds and the other has 2 Full sized beds. 1 large bathroom with bathtub/shower is shared in the hallway. All bedrooms have newly installed carpet, carpet on stairs and waterproof vinyl flooring in the living/dining/kitchen.

Under the house are stored paddle boards, bikes, helmets, children's toys and private outside shower with hand sprayer nozzle to wash away the days sand.

Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stovetop/oven, air frier & coffee maker with filters included. Cabinets stocked with utensils, pots, pans, bowls, plates, cutlery, cups, wine glasses and anything else to enjoy some home comforts.

Provided for the guests are; Full use of all leisure equipment, toys, games, WiFi, beach towels, shower towels, sheets, trash bags, cleaning supplies, detergent for laundry and dishwasher, paper towels and toilet paper.
