An outdoor Jacuzzi Spa/Hot Tub is impressive and roomy to seat four guests … There is a cross country ski trail access entry point only {100 feet away from the back door }… Very close by are views of the Mountains from the Scenic Vista look out point …Mt Washington can be observed from your bedroom loft … Everything inside the House is brand new from the furniture to the bedroom mattresses to the home appliances … and of course the just added Magnificent Sony OLED 85inch TV! The space has an efficient kitchen; COZY bedroom loft with high ceilings; and three fireplaces which adds to the Romantic setting … A wine cooler Is located in the basement … Nothing but the best for our couples to enjoy themselves … Coffee and tea are available and are also complementary… It’s situated perfectly less than a mile from the North Conway Shops, Antique stores and the Scenic Vista Outlook area is just across the street …Close proximity to many ski ski resorts including Attitash and Cranmore … Breton Woods and Wild Cat! And hiking trails … A real couples delight for sure! Many other extras included … The Gas Chef stove and new LG washer and dryer units — Add to the convenience for both short term and long-term stays … Plenty of parking Available directly in front of the house. {Please observe that this is a designated non-smoking property which means smoking, is not permitted inside or outside the premises} Thank you! The house is easily located off of Route 16WiFi is provided and is of course is free of charge… password is livelyspark951 … Please note that the housekeeping fee helps offset the extreme high cost of electricity, propane and natural gas for the house … Thank you 😊 also, there are security ring cameras on the exterior of the property {4} but the only one on the inside is located in the basement, which is off limits to guests.
