Stay at our cozy studio in downtown Cancun. Close to the famous Mercado 28, Parque de las Palapas, ADO, restaurants, cafés and banks everything is within walking distance!
The suite features a private bathroom, basic kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and personalized online concierge service that can help you book transportation services, tours, activities, restaurants and much more!
The building has a total of 6 suites, and we have a common area in the gardens where you can enjoy the afternoon breeze. Everything you need is within walking distance, and there are nearby bus stations to get to the hotel zone. Please note we do not have private parking, if you bring a car you can park it in the street.
In the garden we also have a small orchard from which you can take bananas, basil, mint, mint, aloe and lemongrass. (Subject to seasonal availability)
For security reasons we require guests to complete an online check in form and provide a picture of their ID in order to access to the property.
Room cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out. We do not provide cleaning services during your stay nor change of linens/towels.
RULES DURING YOUR STAY
-The reservation is exclusively for the registered guests. Visitors, additional guests, and pets are not allowed
-Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am
-It is forbbiden to smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
-The use of speakers is only allowed inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume, and with doors and windows closed.
-Towels are for the bathroom; please do not use them to clean makeup or sunscreen, we want them to stay in good condition!
-To care for the environment and avoid plumbing issues, please do not dispose of paper or other items in the toilets.
-Please do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment. If you don’t know where to dispose of it, ask us!
IMPORTANT:
-In case of loss of keys or towels, replacement will cost $20 USD each.
-For any rule violation, the condo may charge a penalty of up to $200 USD or take legal action (eviction, police involvement) due to misconduct .
-Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kWh of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will incur a charge of 5 pesos per extra kWh ⚡. With responsible use, this should not be exceeded.
-You will have total privacy during your stay, but if an emergency (such as flooding, leaks, fire, etc.) arises that requires our access, we will notify you in advance.
