Summary: I was looking for a small Mexican-style boutique hotel that was affordable but still full of charm, and this place was perfect. The staff was so kind and welcoming, they truly made us feel like family. Special thanks to Maggy for her sweet attitude and great recommendations for food and excursions. The hotel is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with authentic Mexican touches. Restaurants and a market are just steps away, and it’s an easy walk to Medano Beach, the marina, and Lazaro Cardenas for shopping and nightlife. Even though it’s an older building, everything was well maintained and clean! We had what we needed: a mini fridge, shared kitchen, and cozy outdoor seating. The gates close at night, which made us feel very safe. If you want a clean, budget-friendly, and truly local place to stay, this is it.
