This home is professionally managed by The Ridge Collection. After booking, the guest must complete two quick online items within 48 hours (or before check-in, whichever comes first): our Rental Reservation Agreement and our House Rules & Guest Policies. Both are signed online and take about five minutes. The booking guest must be 25 or older and present for the stay. Reservations where these are not completed within 48 hours may be canceled. Hot tub: Make sure to test the hot tub with the provided tester strips before getting in the hot tub. Also, swimwear is only allowed in the hot tub, NO normal clothes because they will ruin the water.
Trash: Please place all trash in the provided trash bags, and place the trash bags in the trash bins near the driveway. Do not put loose trash in the trash cans.
Pets: 2 dogs max, you must supervise the dogs at all times, you have to put the dogs in the provided kennel when leaving your dogs at the house.
Please do not unplug any of the electronics(TVs, Xbox, etc).
