Summary: The room had no ventilation or opening window to allow light and air in. It was stifling and awful to spend any time I. The room. Our “patio door” was covered with a film so we couldn’t see out and was locked. I understand why they did this as we were right against the parking lot. So additionally, it was noisy at all hours. The kitchen had a coffee maker but no filters and in our eight day stay, we could only purchase one. They sell coffee in the lobby but you can’t make it in your room! The staff was great: friendly helpful and upbeat. We liked the proximity to the mall.
