This beautiful Villa is a great place for families, with spectacular views of the hotel zone, it is located in Punta Niizuc next to the golf course of Pok Ta Pok with a manicure garden, Gazebo, regular size pool and a wading area for the kids, 2 car garage, it shares the common areas with 5 other villas, only 1 block from the bus stop and the supermarket, the beach Playa Caracol and the party zone are within a 15 minute walk .
The Villa has 3 levels and 300 M2 or 3,200, with 3 full size bedroom and a maid's room which has a twin size bed a full bathroom and air conditioning , 4 1/2 baths, living, dining, family room, fully equipped kitchen, charcoal grill, laundry room, WIFI, parking, each level has a terrace with a view of the water and the hotel zone and a sitting area, this villa is a great place for a family reunion or for those that want lots of space and peace and quiet.
Please be assured that your health and safety is our primary concern. We have taken many measures to ensure that your condo has been thoroughly sanitized and disinfected prior to your arrival. Additionally, we are providing you with a spray disinfectant to use during your stay with us.
We have modified our standard procedures to protect your health while you are with us to include staff and guests wearing masks and observing social distancing when in the public areas.
We accept 1 pet for stays over 2 weeks, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, pet is only allowed inside the Villa not in the common area, let us know if you are planning in coming with your pet.
