Location location location: Walk to the slopes, that's the way it should be. Or, ski to them if need be. Just 5 minutes to the lifts for quick access to the slopes. The lodge and local bars and restaurants are also close by. Enjoy the apres ski of the LOFT bar, just minutes from home. Beautiful views make the night time deck entertaining a must, while enjoying a nice fire.

Parking is atrocious in those lots, and some lots now charge $20 bucks... so if you are off mountain, you are OUT OF LUCK!!)

Just finished up a 5 day stay at the beautiful Okemo Chalet, There were nine of us in total and it was perfect. The house accommodated us all - plenty of room but a nice big open upstairs for us all to hang out in after a full day of fun. House had everything we needed and the wood stove was a plus in the evening. Nice big table for group meals and we actually did a couple of movies as a group during the extratired nights. Short walk to the base tower was fabulous as folks could headover in the morning whenever they were ready, everyone made it back for lunch at some point and we all reconvened in the evening. Very close and very convenient. Neighborhoodwas surprisinglyquiet as we didn't hear a sound from anybody besides ourselves. Sean was very responsive and very easy to deal with. He was also very accomodating to our questions and encouraged us to feel at home. All in all, great location and a great time - hope to be back again next year.
