THIS WELL KEPT LOVELY CABIN ON 1 1/2 ACRES OF COLORADO FOREST IS JUST AN EASY 2 HOUR DRIVE FROM DENVER COLORADO.
ONCE YOU GET HERE YOU WILL FEEL RELAXED AND ON TOP OF THE WORLD AND IT'S THE PERFECT "BASE CAMP" FOR A GREAT COLORADO GETAWAY!
THERE IS A LARGE DECK WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW INCLUDING A BBQ GRILL TO COOK UP A FANTASTIC MEAL AND ENJOY A GLASS OR TWO OF YOUR FAVORITE WINE. THE CABIN CAN BE ENJOYED ANY SEASON OF THE YEAR ; HOWEVER DURING WINTER MONTHS A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE MIGHT BE REQUIRED, EVEN THOUGH WE ARE ON A COUNTY MAINTAINED GRAVEL ROAD WE ARE NOT ALWAYS THE FIRST TO BE PLOWED OUT IN A WINTER SNOWSTORM. OUR CABIN SITS 9,575 FEET IN ELEVATION, IT WILL SNOW IN THE WINTER! PLEASE BE PREPARED.
THE INTERIOR INCLUDES A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH GAS RANGE, MICROWAVE AND DISHWASHER . KITCHEN LINENS PROVIDED.
THE SECOND FLOOR OR LOFT AREA HAS A SPACIOUS MASTER SUITE WITH A QUEEN SIZE BED AND BEAUTIFUL MASTER BATH WITH SHOWER.
THE MAIN LEVEL INCLUDES 2 BEDROOMS, ONE WITH A QUEEN SIZE BED, THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH A FULL SIZE BOTTOM BUNK BED WITH TWIN ON TOP AND A BEAUTIFUL FULL BATH.
We will have fresh linens on all the beds and bathrooms will be stocked with fresh towels.
THERE IS A PACK AND PLAY AND A HIGH CHAIR LOCATED IN A MAIN BEDROOM CLOSET. WE HAVE A 40" TV WITH DIRECT TV SERVICE AND A DVD PLAYER FOR YOUR FAVORITE MOVIES. WE HAVE LOTS OF MOVIES TO CHOOSE FROM. WE DO HAVE INTERNET.

ITS AN EASY TO DRIVE TO BUENA VISTA TO VISIT COTTONWOOD HOT SPRINGS OR MT PRINCETON HOT SPRINGS AFTER HIKING ONE OF THE MANY COLLEGIATE PEAKS!!! THE COLORADO TRAIL HAS A CONNECTION AT THE TOP OF KENOSHA PASS WITH GREAT HIKING FROM SPRINGTIME TO THE GORGEOUS VIEWS OF THE COLORADO FALL COLORS.
BRECKENRIDGE SKI AREA IS APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR DRIVE AWAY COMPLETELY AVOIDING THE I-70 TRAFFIC. WOODLAND PARK AND CRIPPLE CREEK ARE LOCATED 1.5 HOURS SOUTHEAST FROM OUR CABIN, ITS A SCENIC DRIVE IF YOU ARE UP FOR A LITTLE GAMBLING OR LUNCH/SHOPPING FOR THE DAY!

Mount Princeton Hot Springs, Cotton wood Hot Springs, near Buena Vista both offer massage and Spa Treatments and a great soak for the whole family.
